VOD's third batch of Zoviet France reissues focusses on recordings and albums between 1996–2013, presenting many of them on vinyl for the first time. In this era, the pioneering band expanded their production techniques, exploring new sound worlds, without giving up the mysterious momentum of their music.
The box includes:
»in.version« (1996): Recorded live in Berlin, first time on vinyl.
»Digilogue« (1996): Studio album containing dark ambient pieces. This 2LP features the tracklist from the original expanded CD release.
»Feedback« (1998): For the first time on vinyl, this album meanders between crackling and rather noisy tracks and deep drones. It was originally released within the Mort Aux Vaches series.
»The Decriminalisation of Country Music« (2000): This is ZV at their most accessible, and a make-over of their trademark sound. For the first time on vinyl with unreleased bonus material.
»A Long Walk« (2011): First physical release within this 3rd batch.
»7.10.12« (2012): This ambitious ambient album marked ZV first major release in 10 years.
»The Tables Are Turning« (2013): A studio version of a live soundtrack to a contemporary dance production, the 2LP includes additional unreleased recordings.
»A Third Collusion«: This is a new compilation, the third in the Collusion series. Like its predecessors, it features tracks from compilations.
The box also includes an LP-sized 24-page booklet and a t-shirt.
