The setting was one of a subterranean temple situated in a vast interior of hollowed mantle. The natural rockface of the underground formed the larger part of its prodigious walls. Wordclock presents us his 4th album on Cryo Chamber

Religious visions and apparitions form some of the most universal and striking stories and myths. The desire for breakthrough and grasp of bliss through direct experiences has given way to incredibly imaginative visual and intelectual descriptions of sights of gods in both blissful and hellish states . A Greater Bliss draws upon these stories and writings to create a world of sounds that seeks to mimic the various facets of these myths, from the heaviest and most desperate to the blissful and dreamlike.

The album brought together an international collaboration of musicians during its development time. Portuguese composer and project lead Pedro Pimentel on electronics, synths and various traditional instruments of European and Middle Eastern origin, American saxophonist Travis Laplante, Norwegian cellist Amund Ulvestad also on voice, Portuguese percussionist Luis Neto and Georgian trumpeter George Shamanauri (Phonotek).

The resulting album breaks apart and merges together a diverse amount of genres and musical backgrounds in wide swelling motions and dreamlike musical fragments in both free form and mantra like compositions, crashing acoustic instrumentation with tape fragments and digital spectral synthesis. From contemporary and dark jazz to traditional music, neoclassical, ambient, ritual religious music and electronic experimental. Spiritual and Touching.

Skrika presents his third album on Cryo Chamber, Vyeltyra Vortex. A masterfully crafted cinematic dark ambient experience continuing to expand on the universe that started with the album Fifth Nature.

The Yn, having fled from a dying Earth, have charted their own path of exploration to that of Cerria and her followers, searching for a new home. Worshipping the mystical natural powers of the universe, the Yn have travelled to a myriad of planets seeking enlightenment. Every new civilisation they encounter speak in awe of Vyeltyra-B, and of the mysterious and secretive Vyeltyrans — a race that can control time — the chrononsphere. The Yn quickly discover that rather than a path to enlightenment, on Vyeltyra-B a path awaits of a far darker kind.

Understood by the Vyeltyrans as an evolving force, time requires great prowess to control, otherwise it can tear apart the very fabric of your being — your soul from your body. The Vyeltyrans have devised a series of rites of passage all must undergo. These rites are designed to test control of your thoughts and memories across time, and of your spiritual and physical being across multiple intersecting timelines. The leaders of the Yn — Atom, Fiadh, and Ebba — agree to undergo these rites. Initiates progress through a series of chambers for each rite, with each becoming increasingly more challenging.
